Advantages of staying in a Condo Near Disney World
1) Communities- The condos are all located in sub-divisions which are next to Disney World. In fact, almost all the condo communities are located within 6 miles to Disney World. The condo communities provide their visitors the same if not more amenities as most Disney hotels. Guest who stay at the Condos near Disney World can enjoy the following amenities: community swimming pools, 24 hour security service, tennis courts, volleyball courts, huge clubhouses which offers internet access, games room, a customer service desk and work out facilities. What more could you possibly ask for?
2) More Square Footage- The condos near Disney are much more spacious than a Kissimmee hotel room. In fact, the average two bedroom condo is over 650 square feet and every bedroom adds another 250 square feet. The condos offer a lot more room as compared an Orlando hotel room, where the average living space is less than 420 square feet.
3) Multiple Bathrooms- This is a great benefit especially if you have more than 5 guests staying in the unit. Have you ever stayed in a hotel and found that the small room made it difficult to get dressed and out the door? The problem is solved when you stay in a Disney condo for there is multiple full baths so two people can take showers at the same time, and you do not have to trip over each other to get dressed and out the door.
4) Full Kitchen- All of the Disney condos come complete with a fully functional kitchen which offers the following amenities: dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, full size refrigerator, and all the utensils you will need to eat. We understand that you probably do not want to cook all your meal in your condo, but if you eat breakfast in your unit you can save a lot of money. Typically breakfast food is pretty cheap to buy and eating this meal in could save you as much as $50 per day for a family of 4...this is a savings of more than $ 350 for a week!
5) Nightly Rates- The average Disney condo runs
around $69 a night for a two bedroom unit, and you can add about $10 more per
night for each additional bedroom. Most moderate Orlando hotels start around $85 a night.

See results without votingHow to book a Disney World condo
To make a reservation at a Disney World condo it is really simple:
1. First decide if you want to book through a vacation home management company or if you would like to book through the owner of the condo. I suggest to all my friends to go through a management company, because if something should happen to the condo while you are in town a management company will usually have another place to put you in.
2. Put down a deposit. Typically this will range anywhere from $50 to $500.
3. Usually anywhere from 15 to 45 days prior to your arrival you will need to pay the remaining balance.
4, After you make the final payment the homeowner or the management company should give you the address of the vacation you booked along with directions to the condo and the lockbox code where the key is housed.
